How much are FMX Live tickets?

FMX Live presented by Arenacross, is free of charge and subject to availability.  Showings are at 12:00 and 14:30 Monday – Friday and 11:30, 14:00 and 15:30 on Saturday and Sunday.


Do you offer a disabled concession?

If a disabled visitor to the Event requires assistance to physically enable them to get around, then we allow free access for the carer. Visit the Organisers Office in Hall 2, and upon production of a full priced ticket a complimentary ticket will be given.

What facilities are available?

To find where and what the facilities are at the Show Click Here. The plan includes disabled toilet facilities, cloakroom, breast feeding areas, cloakrooms, banks, medical centre and more.


Can I smoke inside the Halls?

In accordance with the Health Act 2006 smoking is not allowed within the Event or the NEC. Vapour cigarettes are permitted inside the building but NOT inside the exhibition halls.

The Piazza main entrance canopy area and the North Gardens in the centre of the Piazza are the designated smoking areas.


Can I take photos?

Yes, please feel free to take photos or record footage.


Will the show be noisy?

Bikes will be started in the Halls throughout the show. If you have small children please ensure their ears are adequately protected – Children’s ear defenders can be loaned from the Organiser Office in Hall 2.


Where can I leave my Helmet & Leathers?

There will be a cloakroom available where leathers and kit can be left, this will be located in the piazza cloakrooms. The cost is £1 per item.

Are dogs allowed in?

Only Guide Dogs are allowed.


What are the cloakroom facilities at the NEC?

Cloakrooms are located on the concourse area.


What age can children get in for free?

Children aged ten and under get in free with a paying adult – no ticket is required for entry to Motorcycle Live.

Neither the Show or the NEC offer any Creche facilities.


What age are you considered a Senior Citizen?

Senior Citizens are considered to be aged 65 or over. Proof of age may be required.


Do you offer a Student Discount?

No student discount is offered.


What are the parking facilities and costs for cars?

Parking can be purchased alongside your Motorcycle Live ticket in advance at a cost of £10.00 (exclusive to Motorcycle Live visitors).  (Advance  ticket sales close at midnight on 18th November 2016) .

Parking on the day will be £12, this cost is set by The NEC and is out of the control of the show organisers. Parking can be purchased when booking your tickets or on the day of your visit.

What Parking facilities are there for motorcycles and scooters?

A secure, undercover bike park is available free of charge to all visitors who arrive on two wheels. The park will be manned by NEC security staff and the will allow visitors to change in the dry and gain peace of mind that their prized possession will be looked after. The Bike Park is subject to availability & clearly signposted when you arrive on site.


How does the Bike Park Work?

Upon entry to the secure, under cover Bike Park, you will be issued with a unique ticket that you will need to keep. Upon redemption of your ticket your bike will be released to you. The Bike Park will be clearly signposted when you arrive at The NEC.


How much is parking for a coach or minibus?

£15 for a minibus and £20.00 for a coach.


Do you offer a group booking system?

Visitors, Schools, Colleges and Coach Companies wishing to purchase Group Tickets (15 or more tickets) should contact The Ticket Factory on 0800 358 0058 or email on groups@theticketfactory.com for details of our rates and services.


Do you offer any reductions to overseas visitors?

Yes, visitors with a non GB passport and proof of their travel details can gain free entry to the show.  Visit the Press Office in Hall 4 with your travel documents and passport to receive a complimentary ticket.


What catering facilities are there?

The NEC offers a variety of food outlets within the show, catering to all tastes.  Also available are catering and bar areas situated in Halls 2 and 4 built specifically for Motorcycle Live. Visitors are also welcome to bring a packed lunch. You will also find catering pods in the Piazza just outside of the show, for more details visit Piazza Map 2015
