18-26 November 2017 NEC
The UK's Largest Motorcycle Show

The stunning new Yamaha show stand in Hall 4 will feature the very latest 2017 Yamaha models and displays – with class leading machinery to be found in almost every segment from the ground-breaking R-series Supersport models to our Sport Heritage, Hyper Naked and Sports Touring line-ups and of course our popular range of Scooters.

Topping the list of new machinery in the RACE zone will be the cutting edge new 2017 YZF-R6 which bristles with the latest technology including 6-level traction control and quickshifter. The specification of the new R6 takes this race winning Supersport machine to a new level with R1 type 43mm front forks and radial mounted brakes, while the M1 style bodywork and other chassis changes improve the aerodynamics and rider control to create the most advance 600cc sports bike that we have ever built.

And for the ultimate track machines the exclusive R1M and the award winning YZF-R1 are on show in their new for 2017 livery bringing genuine MotoGP technology to the road and a riding experience that is very close to a full MotoGP bike.  Compare them for yourself as Valentino Rossis M1 is also on show.

In the new FEEL zone you will find Adventure, Touring and of course our MT Hyper Naked models. The MT range has shaken up the segment with a unique combination of performance, style and value. The new for 2017, MT-10 SP joins the award winning MT-10 on the stand and is fitted with the latest Ohlins Electric Racing Suspension system and a host of other upgraded parts – it’s the R1M of the MT range!

But it was the three cylinder MT-09 that led the way with the new MT range and won a place in many riders hearts when it was introduced. And for 2017 the latest MT-09 gets a full makeover with updated styling, a new twin headlight face, revised suspension, plus engine changes that include the fitting of the latest Asist & Slipper clutch, while the multi award winning MT-07, plus MT-03 and MT-125 will all be on show too ensuring that there is an MT to suit every rider.

You can experience the full range of current MT models for yourself at Motorcycle Live 2016 by visiting the Dark Side MT Tour truck and booking a test ride at the show. Riding kit is provided so just bring your licence and choose whichever MT you would like to test.

New wave custom and retro enthusiasts who appreciate the more traditional machines are also in for a real treat at Motorcycle Live this year with the launch of the new SCR950 a scrambler style XV with our acclaimed V-Twin engine. The popular XSR700 and XSR900 are also on show completing Yamaha’s Sport Heritage range. Offering a uniquely blend of style and performance the XSR machines are based on popular MT models with the same performance and handling as the MT version but with an individual character and soul combined with timeless retro style. Check out some of the best Yard Built specials from the last year on the stand too.

Long distance riders are also catered for with the new Tracer 700 taking pride of place in the Sport Touring area along with the Tracer 900 and two different FJR1300 variants. Although officially a 2017 model the new Tracer 700 has already been released in the UK following much acclaim at its launch by the press. The new Tracer 700 looks set to follow in the footsteps of its bigger brother the Tracer 900 and become one of the best selling bikes in the class.

And of course commuters and city riders are catered for in the MOVE zone where the range of scooters on show includes the all new X-MAX 300. Blending sports design with motorcycle features its looks set to make a big impact in the mid range sports scooter class.

There’s something for everyone in Hall 4 with the massive Yamaha stand and full display of bikes plus the popular Yamaha Retail Store packed with the latest clothing and apparel ranges. Surrounding the main stand you will find the Dark Side Tour Truck with everything MT, an exclusive Yamaha race display, plus of course Nick Sanders with his Destination Adventure presentation.
